2023 Summer is finally here!!

As the Philippines take strides in lifting COVID-19 restrictions, the spirit of freedom and exploration fills the air, inspiring individuals to embark on journeys and unveil new horizons. In Summer 2023, TMJP BPO Services is at the forefront, ensuring its workforce experiences a remarkable and rejuvenating company outing.  

Dedicated to the well-being of its hardworking employees, TMJP BPO Services orchestrated the much-anticipated ANNUAL SUMMER OUTING at the picturesque MB Cove Beach Resort, which rested in Nasugbu, Batangas, on May 20, 2023.

Despite various work schedules and changing adjustment issues, about 100 employees overcame challenges to attend the event. They reveled in the tranquil beauty of the beach, basked in its serene scenery, and savored the delectable feast meticulously arranged for this special occasion.

Employees gathered by the shore early in the morning, ready to participate in a series of entertaining activities painstakingly organized by the devoted HR staff. The event started with spirited games and a delightful cheer dance presentation, fostering camaraderie and fortifying employee connections. Following these lively engagements, attendees convened at the Dining Hall, replenishing their energies with refreshments that set the tone for the rest of the day.

TMJP BPO Services’ HR Team beamed with satisfaction as they witnessed the event fulfill its purpose – facilitating meaningful connections among employees across different teams. This company outing proved to be a catalyst for forging new bonds with colleagues who primarily work from home, fostering relationships that had previously been confined to virtual interactions. Notably, the outing welcomed interns from prestigious institutions such as the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and the University of Sto. Tomas wholeheartedly embraced the opportunity to mingle with regular employees, fostering an environment of shared experiences and personal growth.

The event resonated with laughter, song, and activities aimed at solidifying bonds, reinvigorating body and mind, and reigniting the flame of motivation.
